




**Job Description** ------------------------- Supervises, monitors, and follows up on the assignment of Truck Tractor Operators for each transport unit, aiming to meet loading, supply, and/or delivery plans to satisfy customer demand. Responsible for ensuring safe operating conditions (driver, equipment, and delivery zones) in order to achieve the goal of zero accidents. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1\. Ensures, at the beginning of each shift together with the paramedic, that operators are in optimal health conditions to operate the equipment and conducts 5-minute safety talks to promote safe operations. 2\. Daily verifies correct completion and audits the operator's checklist (physical and mechanical condition of the unit) and legal documentation (circulation card, verification, insurance, etc.), in order to provide missing documents or route the unit to maintenance. 3\. Reviews daily equipment availability versus maintenance reports for fleet assignment and optimization. 4\. Pre-assigns units according to chain type and executes the operator-to-unit assignment plan. 5\. Monitors the operator regarding loading, transfers, and unloading of transportation units across different chains (bulk, raw material, aggregate, and bagged), by destination and loading point. 6\. Verifies pending deliveries for the day with ADLOG, including quantity and destinations, in order to make decisions aligned with the loading schedule. 7\. Records daily working hours for each operator based on trip logs, as well as incentives (payroll concepts) for biweekly operator payments. 8\. Inspects, together with Instructors, customer unloading facilities quarterly or for each new customer using the “Safe Site” methodology, which includes: inspecting access routes to the customer, lighting, audiovisual alarm for silo filling, dust collector functionality, unloading site condition (surface uniformity and floor conditions), and product type signage; all with the purpose of reporting safety opportunities to Logistics and Sales, and suspending deliveries if requirements are not met. 9\. In case of incidents/traffic accidents, ensures first contact with the operator to gather causes and, together with the Instructor and Base Manager, prepares the incident report and proposes preventive/corrective actions. 10\. Calculates, analyzes, and reports travel rates and operational expenses (route level) to optimize costs. 11\. Ensures adherence to safety guidelines and application of the CEMEX Consequence System. 12\.
