We are the leading company in the telecommunications industry with national presence, 100% Mexican, and we are currently looking for talented individuals to join our Great Work Team as: **Digital Trafficker** **Santa Fe Area** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field * **Intermediate Excel skills** * **Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms** * **Must have a portfolio of campaigns and metrics** **Knowledge and Experience:** * 2 years of experience in a similar role * Setup, implementation, and optimization of performance and branding campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok. * Daily monitoring of results and data-driven decision making. * Selection and purchase of strategic digital media. * Creation of ad copy and creative concepts. * Analysis and presentation of performance reports and budgets (monthly forecast). * Proposal and implementation of new digital strategies focused on return on investment. * Preparation of clear reports, insights, and tactical and strategic recommendations. * Strategy and performance marketing, definition of conversion, traffic, reach, and online sales objectives. * Proposal of digital strategies aligned with key business goals. * Integration of campaigns with remarketing strategies and conversion funnels. **Competencies:** * Proactive * Control and follow-up * Sense of urgency **We Offer:** * Salary: from $25,000.00 net + statutory benefits. * Staggered working hours * Growth based on performance.
