* Acts as HR Business Partner to Talent Partner in development of local office people strategy and implement tracking/feedback mechanisms to ensure performance against the plan
* Partners effectively with local leadership team to
+ Deliver quality and relevant initiatives and programs including performance management, compensation, learning and development, global training, communication (office\-wide, class\-specific, individual), connectedness, promotion processes, and retention
+ Provide recommendations and support to ensure all local employee engagement initiatives are aligned with the broader America’s talent strategy

**ABOUT YOU**

* Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable
* Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to management regarding HR issues
* Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues
* Demonstrated experience managing staff
* Detailed knowledge of local employment laws, as well as U.S. immigration laws preferred
