




**Human Resources Assistant** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented **Human Resources Assistant** to support the proper execution of administrative and operational processes within the HR department. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring order, tracking, and compliance with the company’s internal procedures. **Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews). * Integration, updating, and management of employee files. * Preparation of administrative documentation (letters, forms, reports). * Recording and tracking of attendance, incidents, absences, and supporting documents. * Data entry and management in internal systems and databases. * Support for onboarding and training processes. * Coordination of internal communications and departmental activities. * Filing, document control, and other administrative tasks related to HR. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Proficiency in Google Workspace. * Excellent spelling, writing skills, and attention to detail. * Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional ethics. * Ability to multitask and work under supervision. * Experience in Human Resources or an administrative position (minimum 1 year preferred). **We Offer** * Salary: $10,000 MXN * Statutory benefits. * Training and professional development within the HR area. * A professional and collaborative work environment. * Job stability.
