**SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** **EDUCATION:** Associate degree or higher technical university degree (Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance or related field). **EXPERIENCE:** * Proficiency with measurement instruments (Multimeter, Ammeter, Pressure gauge) * Knowledge of control signals (Digital inputs, Digital outputs, Analog inputs, Analog outputs) * Computer equipment maintenance (software and hardware) * Basic knowledge of plumbing (CPVC, PVC, PPR, COPPER) * Knowledge of refrigeration (Commercial and Industrial) * Knowledge of motor and frequency drive connections (Three-phase). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide maintenance and technical support for equipment developed by the company to internal and external clients. * Follow up on the CAI maintenance plan. * Prepare reports on maintenance performed (preventive and corrective maintenance). * Implement improvements and/or equipment upgrades with internal and external clients. * Ensure system data integrity. * Keep equipment status updated. * Comply with quality management systems and applicable standards. **SALARY BASED ON COMPETENCIES** Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site
