Job Summary: DHL EXPRESS is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and optimize logistics processes, as well as design and implement expansion and improvement projects in Facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead analysis and optimization of logistics processes 2. Design and implement expansion and relocation projects 3. Focus on continuous improvement and data analysis **NON-ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEER** DHL EXPRESS is seeking an Engineer to support logistics processes. **Your Responsibilities** Analyze the installed capacity of Facilities through process evaluations and audits to determine the resources required to ensure operations. Conduct studies via sampling of delivery and pickup zones to redesign them for more efficient resource utilization, balancing workloads across various zones. Design and implement Facilities expansion or relocation projects, covering pre-design, cost estimation, material and workflow layouts, civil works, systems, machining, and supplier coordination. **Your Profile** Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (degree holder) English: Intermediate \- **Advanced** Software: **Microsoft Office / Advanced Excel / Power BI** Statistical analysis Willingness to travel **Skills:** Experience in continuous improvement. Strong data analysis capability. Time and Motion Studies. Advanced Excel and Power BI. Development and implementation of new improvement projects.
