The **Maintenance Engineer** reports directly to the **Maintenance Engineer III**. Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and controlling spare parts and resource consumption through data analysis, reports, and graphical indicators to optimize costs, improve equipment availability, and ensure timely spare parts supply. Also responsible for updating spare parts designs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing design optimizations to enhance reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. **ABOUT THE POSITION** ===================== * Recommends appropriate designs, materials, and techniques for product development or improvement. * Prepares technical reports and specifications. * Conducts experimental testing and evaluates results. Complies with all established procedures to ensure safety, proper equipment operation, and result accuracy. * Collaborates in project management according to customer requirements. * Other duties as assigned. **ABOUT YOU** ================ * Bachelor's degree or university degree in Engineering * One year of experience or more * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) * Strong analytical skills * Excellent communication skills * 3D modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
