We seek to integrate into our maintenance team a dedicated, dynamic professional with a strong sense of urgency to ensure continuity and optimization of our production lines. **Job Mission:** Ensure optimal operation and availability of the plant’s electromechanical equipment and systems through diagnosis, repair, and preventive and corrective maintenance. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Operational Maintenance:** Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance tasks according to assigned work orders. * **Inspection and Diagnosis:** Conduct mechanical and electrical inspections of machinery, as well as inspections of electrical control rooms and the main substation’s conditions. * **Fault Response:** Respond immediately to corrective faults to minimize production downtime. * **Support and Operation:** Operate production equipment when required, using hand, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools. Provide support for maintenance activities in other plant areas. * **Consumables Management:** Maintain optimal oil and grease levels in equipment’s automatic lubrication systems, and prepare stocked spare parts in the workshop. * **Safety and Organization:** Work in compliance with safety standards, always wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and apply the 5S methodology in the workshop and work areas. * **Teamwork:** Coordinate shift handover, supporting the previous shift on ongoing tasks, under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Completed technical or professional degree related to electromechanics or industrial fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial equipment diagnosis and repair. * Preventive and corrective maintenance (mechanical and electrical). * Industrial automation. * Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. * **Desired Skills:** Ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork skills, and a focus on quality and customer service. **Hiring Requirements:** * Availability to **rotate shifts**. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Scheduled continuous training. * Job stability and development opportunities. **Work Location:** LABASA **Reports To:** Maintenance Coordinator or Supervisor Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $19,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
