Job Summary: The CNC programmer supports the preparation and programming of CNC files for the fabrication of architectural millwork and commercial cabinetry, coordinating with engineering and production. The CNC programmer is responsible for supporting the preparation and programming of CNC files used in the fabrication of architectural millwork and commercial cabinetry. This position participates in interpreting technical drawings, preparing CNC programs, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication. While experience in cabinetry or millwork is preferred, we are also open to candidates with CNC programming experience from industries such as automotive, metalworking, machining, or industrial manufacturing. Training in Cabinet Vision and specific millwork processes may be provided to the right candidate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and production documents \* Prepare and develop CNC programs for production \* Verify dimensions, drill holes, cuts, and machining layouts \* Coordinate with engineering and production to ensure correct fabrication \* Identify and report potential inconsistencies in drawings or programs \* Support troubleshooting related to CNC programming \* Maintain organized digital files and production programs \* Learn workflows related to Cabinet Vision and commercial millwork fabrication \* Collaborate with production to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality \* Optimize layouts and material utilization where possible SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: \* Basic or intermediate experience in CNC programming \* Ability to interpret technical drawings and dimensions \* General knowledge of manufacturing and production processes \* Basic computer and technical software proficiency \* Attention to detail and precision \* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks \* Ability to work in a team and follow production processes \* Willingness to learn new systems and workflows Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
