We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Sustaining Electrical Engineer to support ongoing product performance, manufacturability, and reliability across our electronics product portfolio. This role combines traditional sustaining engineering activities with Engineering Change Coordinator (ECC) responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Engineering Change Coordination ( 40%) * Manage the engineering change order (ECO) process end\-to\-end, ensuring timely input and approvals from Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, and Procurement. * Review and validate engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) for accuracy, completeness, and downstream impacts on PCBA assemblies and manufacturing. * Track ECO progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and identify risks or issues requiring escalation. * Conduct BOM and inventory impact analyses, identify discrepancies, and support root cause and corrective action activities. * Review datasheets and drawings to ensure compliance with change control standards. * Create and maintain part numbers and material master data in SAP; maintain material records and cross\-references throughout product lifecycle. * Support cost related activities including variance reviews, cost reduction tracking, and evaluation of alternative components. Electrical Sustaining Engineering ( 60%) * Investigate and implement component changes, including alternate part identification, evaluation, and qualification for electronic assemblies. * Build or support prototype updates, perform hands on rework when necessary, and run verification testing for updated designs or materials. * Assist in troubleshooting product issues in collaboration with manufacturing, test engineering, and quality teams. * Contribute to product sustaining initiatives such as cost optimization, yield improvements, and obsolescence mitigation. * Participate in design and change review meetings and provide data\-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. * 1–3 years of experience in electronics engineering, sustaining engineering, or PCBA manufacturing (internships or co\-op experience may count). * Strong understanding of PCBA fundamentals, component functions, and mixed\-signal electronics basics. * Familiarity with Altium Designer / Altium 365 or similar ECAD tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot BOM issues, component mismatches, and PCBA\-level problems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn SAP and related systems. * Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal. * Strong communication and cross\-functional collaboration skills — , . \#LI\-KRL
