




Position Summary: A prominent company in the cargo transportation industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage recruitment processes, address personnel requirements, and coordinate HR activities. Address daily staff requirements (e.g., leave requests, medical leaves, conflict resolution, internal procedures, incidents, and other similar matters) 3. Coordinate staff integration events and departmental needs **Prominent Company in the Cargo Transportation Industry** **Seeking:** **Human Resources Manager** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the recruitment process to timely fill vacancies across the organization. * Address daily staff requirements (e.g., leave requests, medical leaves, conflict resolution, internal procedures, incidents, and other similar matters). * Maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies. * Process employee terminations. * Ensure up-to-date personnel data records. * Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned staff. * Execute payroll pre-processing. * Coordinate staff integration events. * Address the needs of all company departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Age: 35–45 years old * Minimum 2 years’ experience in labor relations, recruitment, and selection * Knowledge of IMSS, SUA, IDSE, and the Federal Labor Law * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment processes for logistics–cargo road transportation companies * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Experience leading teams and maintaining excellent labor relations. * Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel.
