We are looking for a **Dynamic Advisor** to join our field sales team and contribute to the company’s growth. If you are a results-driven individual with exceptional sales management skills and a positive, proactive attitude, we want to meet you. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales and/or Customer Development, preferably within the beverage or food industry. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Goal- and objective-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and remain motivated in a dynamic environment. * Valid driver’s license * Proficiency in operating standard vehicles * Experience in retail operations and selling fast-moving consumer goods * Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate and professional license) **Responsibilities:** * Ensure client visits occur according to the established frequency. * Identify service needs (equipment, visibility) at client locations. * Negotiate with clients the installation of the “Success Film.” * Execute planned strategies, such as promotions, activations, and other activities. * Verify brand merchandising. * Monitor the development and execution of Trade Marketing–defined strategies. * Negotiate shared shelf space at points of sale. * Maintain relationships with the person responsible for each point of sale (POS). **Competencies:** * Persuasive ability * Proactive * Initiative * Responsibility * Sense of urgency **We Offer:** * Mixed salary (60% fixed + 40% variable) * Direct employment with full IMSS coverage * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 21-day year-end bonus * 7% savings fund contribution * Life insurance * Company-provided utility vehicle At Heineken Mexico, we want to hear from you.
