REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies or related field (currently pursuing or recently graduated). * Knowledge of the Odoo system EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 6 months to 1 year (may include professional internships or academic projects related to software development). * Previous experience in Odoo or ERP systems is desirable (not mandatory). KNOWLEDGE: * Fundamentals of object-oriented programming. * Knowledge of Python (preferred), HTML, XML, JavaScript. * Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). * Understanding of business workflows. * Knowledge of Linux environment and Git is desirable. SKILLS: * Continuous learning and adaptability. * Results-oriented and attention to detail. * Teamwork and good communication. * Proactivity in proposing solutions. **LOCATION:** Col. centro, Veracruz, Ver. Mode: 100% on-site, no option for remote work **SCHEDULE:** 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. **ACTIVITIES:** * Assist in the development and customization of modules within Odoo according to functional requirements. * Provide technical support to internal users regarding system usage. * Correct reported errors or failures, ensuring system continuity. * Participate in functional and technical testing of new features. * Document developments, configurations, and changes made. * Collaborate with the IT team and user departments to identify opportunities for improvement in current processes. * Assist in integrating Odoo with other platforms and internal systems. * Ensure data security and confidentiality handled within the ERP. * Maintain implemented versions and assist in system updates or migration processes. * Participate in technical and functional training to improve Odoo proficiency.
