Responsible for full execution of construction work until final handover A real estate developer is seeking a **Vertical Housing Construction Manager**, with operational leadership, on-site decision-making ability, and comprehensive project control from kick-off to handover. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary of $35,000 MXN * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Oversee construction execution from kick-off to final handover * Coordinate and supervise multiple contractors and work fronts * Monitor physical progress, schedules, costs, and construction quality * Ensure compliance with schedules, specifications, and developer standards * Supervise safety, site order, and productivity **Requirements:** * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer * 100% operational profile (not administrative) * Proven experience in vertical housing, having served as direct responsible for at least three buildings of seven or more levels * Own roster of contractors (structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, finishes, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $35,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
