At our company, we value the talent and dedication of our employees, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.** **Open Position: Training and Development Specialist!** **General Job Objective:** Design and coordinate training programs, competency development, cultural integration, and leadership initiatives. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Conduct training needs assessments. * Design annual training and mentoring plans. * Measure training effectiveness. * Implement culture and values initiatives. * Support communication of organizational culture. **Job Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a coordinator. * Planning, creativity, communication, analytical thinking, collaborative work. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, virtual learning platforms, surveys, Canva, etc. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Valid driver’s license.
