Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. Key Highlights: 1. At Aceros Ocotlán, we are leaders in distributing a wide range of steel products, and we are looking for your talent as a Process Engineer Objective: Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes, policies, and procedures; implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; and lead projects that drive efficiency and quality across the organization. Requirements: • Education: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or process-related roles. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies. • Soft skills: assertive communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, responsibility, commitment, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
