Access to continuous training programs Join FOXCONN GDL as a Purchasing Assistant As a Procurement and Materials Analyst, you will be the key player in ensuring the efficient flow of components and raw materials, balancing inventory levels with production requirements and optimizing costs. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the material procurement process and supplier relationships. Ensure raw materials arrive on time for production. Coordinate with various departments to align purchasing needs with production objectives. Analyze demand variations, production forecasts, and reports on obsolete or slow-moving inventory. Monitor and report on supplier delivery schedule compliance and quality performance. Support negotiation of commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with local and international suppliers · Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in procurement or materials planning (preferably in manufacturing). Tools: SAP / Oracle (or other ERP) and Advanced Excel. Language: Intermediate-to-advanced English (able to communicate with international customers and suppliers). Skills: Sense of urgency, negotiation ability, and strong analytical capability.
