Develop skills in negotiation and logistics tracking. **Anser is hiring a Procurement Analyst at Jardines Plaza Del Sol \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **We Are Hiring: Procurement Analyst** A leading commercial distributor of construction materials is seeking a dynamic, organized professional with excellent negotiation skills to join our team in **Guadalajara**. **Purpose of the Position** You will be responsible for supporting procurement management, order tracking, and supplier development to ensure our projects receive the best materials on time and as required. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Preparation of purchase orders and procurement of goods. * **Suppliers:** Research potential suppliers and conduct ongoing follow-up to confirm orders or manage changes. * **Logistics and Tracking:** Ensure timely deliveries and maintain updated records of invoices and contracts. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Graduate in International Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Demonstrable knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in purchasing construction materials or industrial supplies (e.g., wood, cement, steel, concrete blocks). * **Desired Software:** Proficiency in **SAI, SAP**, or similar systems, as well as Microsoft Office. * **Skills:** Proactivity, sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $13,000 to $15,000 MXN per month, tax-free. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (**Remote Work**). **Desired Education Level:** High School Diploma (Upper Secondary) **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a037a427f00004100fbb0e1\&source\=indeed*
