Description
Main responsibilities:
* Schedule workshop activities to ensure timely and proper execution by staff.
* Plan equipment maintenance in the workshop according to indicated priorities.
* Ensure compliance with and execution of scheduled work as per the control board.
* Organize activities, order, and cleanliness.
* Inventory of workshop tools and specialized equipment for shared use.
* Verify quality of completed work and approve operational readiness and safety items.
* Manage and submit workshop performance indicators (productivity report,
technicians' labor hours).
* Manage administrative processes related to work orders (OTs), requisitions, equipment inventories, among others.
* Monitor job processing times and track work orders.
* Support internal departments with which the role interacts, providing requested information on equipment status,
primarily the sales\-rental commercial area.
Requirements:
* Age: 30 to 45 years
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of forklifts, heavy machinery, or automotive equipment
* Experience dealing with foreign suppliers
* English proficiency level B2
* Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or Heavy Machinery
* Valid driver's license
