**SOLESTRA CONSULTORIA EMPRESARIAL is seeking a JUNIOR FORMULATION DEVELOPER in San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WE ARE SEEKING A JUNIOR DEVELOPER (FORMULATIONS) **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Contribute to the company’s success and growth by effectively executing product development and stabilization. The primary mission is to lead experimentation, evaluation, and process optimization, focusing on microorganism handling and product generation. Ensure product efficacy and stability, emphasizing monitoring and control of fermentation processes, including bioreactor usage. Close collaboration with other research and development teams is essential to achieve established goals and advance innovation within the field of biotechnology. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform product development and stabilization, optimizing processes and formulations. * Design and conduct experiments to evaluate product efficacy and stability. * Handle microorganisms and carry out cultures (fermentations), as well as obtain oils and metabolites of interest from them. * Monitor and control bioreactor operations, including fermentation processes. * Collaborate with other R&D teams to achieve established objectives. * Support activities in the R\+D\+I Laboratory. * Good microbiological practices. * Good laboratory practices. * Operation of laboratory equipment. * **Salary:** $17,000 gross * **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Experience required:** Minimum 1 year Work location: Tlaquepaque, behind ITESO **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a15caf049000030001e3b2e\&source\=indeed*
