Ongoing supervision to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Maintain continuous communication with staff, consistently reinforcing company values. * Planting and establishment of berry and rotational crop trials. Coordinate installation of tunnels, mulching, plot marking, and trellising as applicable. Execute plantings according to crop/system and organizational plan provided by the Lead Supervisor. * Monitor compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and social compliance requirements. Track employee adherence to current Driscoll’s policies and regulatory requirements. * Monitor proper operation of agricultural machinery and equipment. Track preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. Ensure staff are trained for safe use of tools and machinery. * General responsibilities Validate and coordinate organization and cleanliness of materials, tools, work areas, and common areas (dining areas, warehouses, restrooms, offices, parking lots). Coordinate inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. * Supervise irrigation and fumigation execution Ensure timely and accurate implementation per the weekly irrigation and fumigation schedule. Supervise pest and disease monitoring activities. Prepare application reports for fruit entry into coolers. Coordinate calibration of personnel and application equipment. Provide spray recipes to irrigation and fumigation teams.
