Receiving and attending to customers according to the brand’s style. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Perform professional check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Attend to and resolve guest requests. * Provide clear and friendly information regarding services and rates. * Support administrative and cashier tasks. * Represent the ibis brand values in every interaction. **Requirements** **Requirements** ‍ **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Excellent service attitude and hospitality orientation. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or hotel reception. * Basic \- intermediate English (able to hold conversations with guests). * Basic computer and reservation system proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Professional appearance, proactivity, and strong communication skills. **Gender:** Not specified **Education:** Technical diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, accounting, or related field.
