Administers access controls and security systems at the facility. **GRUPO CARBEL**, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for your talent as **Asset Security Specialist** **Requirements:** * **Education**: Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration * Availability to work Monday through Friday * **Gender**: Not specified * **Work Location: El Salto Industrial Zone** **1 year of experience in:** **EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY:** * Good documentation practices * Standard operating procedures in the pharmaceutical industry * Dress code and behavioral standards * Knowledge of security systems **Knowledge in:** * Industrial Safety * Fire protection equipment * STPS regulations * Comprehensive Risk Management * SEDE regulations * Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations * Asset control knowledge * Key control knowledge * Knowledge and operation of surveillance cameras and plant security systems. **Job Responsibilities and Functions** * Organize and plan the company’s asset security activities. * Ensure compliance with current regulations. * Conduct accident prevention campaigns for both vehicles and facilities. * Continuously adhere to Civil Protection guidelines. * Monitor natural phenomena. * Administer access controls. * Manage information security at the security booth. * Operate surveillance cameras. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Creativity / Innovation * Planning and organization * Compliance with regulations * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 MXN per month (biweekly payroll) * 26 days of Christmas bonus * 13 vacation days after completing the first year * 26% vacation premium * Transportation * 9 additional paid rest days beyond statutory requirements * Birthday leave Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
