




Position Summary: Design and produce creative and strategic advertising materials that strengthen visual identity and institutional positioning, driving student enrollment. Key Highlights: 1. Design and produce creative and strategic advertising materials that strengthen the educational institution’s visual identity and positioning, driving enrollment of new students and effective communication with the UNE community. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs. Age Range: 22 to 30 years Experience: Minimum 1 year in graphic design or advertising campaigns Main Responsibilities 1\. Advertising Design and Production Create printed and digital advertising materials (banners, flyers, posters, billboards, brochures, etc.) with a commercial focus and visually appealing aesthetics. Design graphic content for social media, digital campaigns, and institutional websites, ensuring consistency with the communication line and promotional objectives. Adapt materials to different formats (digital, print, audiovisual) while maintaining consistency with the UNE brand image. 2\. Creativity and Commercial Strategy Develop visual concepts for educational promotion campaigns, institutional events, and launches. Propose innovative ideas to increase brand recall and strengthen institutional positioning. Collaborate with the Marketing department in planning and executing enrollment and branding campaigns. 3\. Multimedia and Audiovisual Production Edit promotional, institutional, or testimonial videos for social media and digital platforms. Create animations and motion graphics that reinforce advertising messages. Ensure aesthetic and narrative quality of produced content. 4\. Interdepartmental Collaboration Work jointly with Marketing, Communications, and Admissions to develop coherent and effective visual campaigns. Actively participate in brainstorming and creative review sessions. Technical Requirements Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Canva. Basic knowledge of video editing and animation. Understanding of branding, positioning, and educational marketing strategies. Key Competencies: Visual creativity and strategic thinking.
