Development of new strategic distributors and customer reactivation **SALES COORDINATOR – Belfort and Veloci** **Job Objective** To coordinate, develop, and execute the distributor channel commercial strategy for the **Belfort and Veloci** brands, ensuring profitable growth, territorial expansion, commercial discipline, strategic attention to key customers, and achievement of sales, margin, and market share targets. The role will directly support the Specialized Channel Commercial Management in daily operations, team follow-up, strategy execution, and structured channel growth. **Main Responsibilities** **Commercial Management** * Coordinate daily commercial operations for Belfort and Veloci distributors. * Monitor sales, orders, quotations, and closures in a timely manner. * Supervise monthly target achievement by brand, region, and customer. * Develop new strategic distributors. * Reactivate inactive customers or lost accounts. * Identify regional growth opportunities. **Channel Administration** * Track active customer portfolio. * Monitor purchase frequency, average transaction value, and repeat purchases. * Ensure pricing, discount, and promotional discipline. * Supervise commercial collections jointly with Finance/Accounting. * Coordinate priority shipments and operational requirements. **Portfolio and Product** * Promote core products per brand. * Identify slow-moving or non-turning products. * Recommend tactical promotions. * Validate channel inventory requirements. * Provide feedback on market trends. **Leadership and Coordination** * Coordinate assigned sales representatives or executives. * Accompany strategic customer visits. * Train sales team on product knowledge and closing techniques. * Align operations across sales, administration, and logistics. * Substitute for the Commercial Manager when required. **Planning and Reporting** * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Monitor commercial KPIs. * Monthly sales forecasting. * Report on opportunities and risks. * Executive presentations to senior management. **Required Profile** **Experience** * Minimum 3 years in B2B/distributor sales * Experience coordinating sales teams * Preferred experience in bicycle, automotive, specialized retail, or durable consumer goods industries * Wholesale customer management experience **Knowledge** * Intermediate/advanced Excel * CRM systems * Commercial forecasting * Sales metrics * Commercial negotiation * Pricing and promotions * Inventory and commercial logistics **Additional Requirements** * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel * Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles * Route planning and management skills **Compensation:** Base monthly salary: $15,000 MXN (on payroll) Commission and bonuses Statutory benefits Food vouchers: $1,420 MXN Savings fund (optional) Company transportation (optional) **Work Location:** On-site.
