Job Summary: Join the Sales team as an Account Developer, responsible for brand development in Traditional Channel Distribution and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage distributors to achieve volume targets with customers. 2. Travel assigned routes to visit customers, close agreements, and build partnerships. 3. Train the team on best practices and new strategies. Join the Sales team as an Account Developer. You will be responsible for developing our brands in Traditional Channel Distribution. You will identify and develop new commercial and business opportunities in the field while providing financial leadership and support to Sales teams. This position is located in Tijuana, Mexico. **A glimpse of what you’ll do:** **Distributor Management:** Manage distributors to ensure we meet our volume targets with various customers. **Route Coverage:** Cover 35 routes to visit customers, close new agreements, and build commercial partnerships. **Workforce Development:** Train our team on best practices, new strategies, product displays, and more. **Commercial Strategy Implementation:** Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region. **Data Analysis:** Analyze and interpret commercial data. Ensure our strategies are consistently and correctly implemented in the field every day. **We’re looking for someone with:** 1+ years of related work experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
