Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-based **Job Objective** Ensure the expected customer service level through inventory reliability, on-time delivery within quality standards, and projected cost efficiency. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure receipt of materials (from suppliers, inter-warehouse transfers, re-shipments, and supplies), verifying compliance with quality requirements, correct quantities, proper identification, and appropriate storage in designated warehouse areas per market, center, and layout-based identification. * Execute established work plans by allocating necessary resources for order picking, ensuring timely handover of orders to carriers to meet customer requirements for quantity, quality, and schedule (picking, packaging, primary loading, secondary loading, customer pickup, exports). * Receive and reintegrate materials returned by customers, and perform final segregation and containment of defective materials (destruction, collections, rescheduling, rejections). * Evaluate staff performance during daily activities and develop skills through training to sustain continuous improvement. Experience * Warehouse and inventory administration and control: 2 YEARS * Logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes: 2 YEARS * Use of operational reports for decision-making: 1 YEAR * Implementation of KPIs: 1 YEAR * Administration and operation of a shift in warehouses and/or distribution centers: 2 YEARS * Administration and operation of a shift in warehouses and/or distribution centers handling at least 20,000 pallets: 2 YEARS Knowledge * Excel proficiency (Intermediate): Charts Education Bachelor's Degree **Additional Profile** EXPERIENCE: Pharmaceutical industry. Supervision of at least 100 personnel.
