Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Control Officer for surveillance, facility protection, and incident reporting at industrial facilities, in accordance with internal regulations and protocols. Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility DCM Industrial is a company engaged in the manufacturing of metal structures, located at Calle Norte 1 #126, Industrial Zone, between Ingeniero Circuito Tomás Limón, near Mercado del Mar, Price Shoes, the slaughterhouse, and Macrobús José Clemente Orozco station. Adjacent avenues: Gobernador Curiel, 18 de marzo, and Lázaro Cárdenas. We are seeking: **Access Control Officer** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred). * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work under established guidelines and protocols. **We Offer:** * 100% IMSS coverage * Weekly food vouchers * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM–1:30 PM. * Statutory benefits. **Responsibilities:** * Access control (employees, visitors, and suppliers). * Facility surveillance and protection. * Security patrols. * Incident reporting. * Compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
