Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SMT Production Manager to oversee electronic card manufacturing and optimize processes in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in SMT production and electronic card manufacturing 2. Management of operational staff and problem resolution 3. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement **SMT PRODUCTION MANAGER** **Profile:** Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineer or related field. **Experience:** · 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in electronics industries focused on **SMT** (electronic card) manufacturing · Human Resource Management (teams of over 30 line operators) · Experience applying techniques for prevention and resolution of problems. **Knowledge:** · Production line balancing, application of the 5S methodology · Knowledge of ISO standards and safety certifications · Achievement of Quality, Production, scrap, and rate targets · Inventory management, production orders, consumption, and cost reduction · Use of Lean Manufacturing tools applied to their workline, such as: Kaizen, Poka-Yokes, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **We Offer:** Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements Training and development Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $27,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
