We are seeking an Implementer who ensures proper software configuration and coordinates the necessary technical installation for an effective and successful implementation of GrainChain’s products, continuously supporting users in correctly utilizing the tools and ensuring a successful operational launch. We are a technology company helping the agricultural industry bridge the digital divide, with various platforms that assist farmers, grain elevators, and buyers in making transactions faster, easier, and more secure. ***Note:*** This position **requires constant travel to various locations across the Mexican Republic**, and extended stays at our clients’ different sites due to system installations. If you are ready to embark on this exciting journey and work hand-in-hand with our clients, **we look forward to receiving your application soon!** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical installation and equipment configuration according to project requirements. * Conduct technical\-functional assessments to ensure appropriate adoption of tools. * Ensure product integration according to client needs. * Train/users on correct tool usage. * Document the configuration used during implementation, as well as prepare technical documentation, manuals, and other materials for future reference. * Identify improvement opportunities and sales potential during and after implementation. * Build client trust to ensure third-party recommendations and promote client retention and loyalty. **Requirements:** * Extensive customer service experience * Experience in problem resolution and IT support * Experience in network and software tool configuration * Experience in troubleshooting * Knowledge of both iOS and Android operating systems. * Strong verbal communication skills * Experience managing groups * Attention to detail Country: Mexico Recruitment email: reclutamiento@grainchain.io At GrainChain, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
