




Position Summary: This position ensures the integrity and compliance of analytical results through documentation review, record verification, and laboratory documentation control, in accordance with Quality and GLP guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the integrity and traceability of analytical results. 2. Guarantee compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). 3. Document control and quality management in the laboratory. **Position Objective:** Ensure the integrity, traceability, and compliance of analytical results through documentary review of analyses, verification of records, and control of laboratory documentation, in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and applicable regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Review analytical records (microbiological and/or physicochemical) to verify completeness, legibility, and correct completion. * Validate that reported results correspond to data recorded in logbooks and worksheets. * Verify compliance with acceptance criteria, specifications, and established methods. * Identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations in analytical documentation. * Ensure sample traceability from receipt through issuance of results. * Review calculations, transcriptions, and units reported in analytical results. * Control and safeguard analytical files (physical and/or electronic). * Support issuance of results reports, ensuring documentary consistency. * Manage version control of documents, forms, and procedures. * Track documentary deviations and ensure their correction. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System guidelines. **Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB), Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (degree holder or intern). * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or document control role preferred. **Desired Knowledge:** * Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar) * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Document control and traceability * Interpretation of analytical results * Use of logbooks, forms, and files * Excel proficiency (intermediate level preferred) Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Discounted cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
