Vacant Position: Audiovisual Editor Company: Sinergéticos Location: Calle Colima #130, Colonia El Mante, Zapopan, Jalisco Salary: $10,000 MXN net monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Modality: 100% In-person We are seeking a highly creative and professional Audiovisual Editor with experience in recording, editing, and post-production of multimedia content to join our marketing and production team. This position requires a proactive individual with advanced technical skills and excellent visual judgment who is available to consistently record and produce content both in-studio and on location. The candidate will be responsible for capturing key moments from our programs, events, and work sessions, as well as creating strategic content pieces for campaigns, social media, and institutional communication. Responsibilities: * Film, edit, and post-produce audiovisual content for campaigns, social media, testimonials, events, and general content. * Attend filming sessions, documenting daily content, special sessions, and key moments. * Design the visual storytelling of each piece with narrative, aesthetic, and strategic focus. * Operate and master technical equipment: cameras, lights, microphones, stabilizers, etc. * Supervise and operate the recording studio during internal program sessions. * Adapt content for different formats and platforms (YouTube, reels, vertical, 1:1, etc.). * Collaborate with the creative, academic, and strategic teams to align content with project objectives. Requirements: * Proven experience in audiovisual production and post-production. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (essential requirement). Knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or others is a plus. * Excellent camera handling, framing, lighting, and sound design skills. * Ability to deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines while maintaining established visual style. * Teamwork skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability to the team's production dynamics. * Mandatory portfolio demonstrating visual judgment, technical ability, and creativity.
