We seek someone with field experience, capable of diagnosing faults, resolving incidents, supervising progress, and properly documenting each service. This position requires a versatile, organized, and communicative technical profile, as the role involves direct interaction with clients, reporting follow-up, and participation in both preventive and corrective services. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance tasks in commercial and operational facilities. * Respond to service requests and technical emergencies as required. * Conduct on-site assessments, inspections, and initial diagnostics. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Supervise progress, quality, and proper execution of assigned tasks. * Identify additional needs during service delivery and communicate them promptly. * Produce photographic evidence and basic reports of completed activities. * Maintain clear communication with clients, supervisors, and internal teams regarding the status of each task. * Support the proper use of tools, materials, and the company-provided vehicle. * Travel occasionally to nearby cities to attend to specific services when operationally required. **Position Profile** * Practical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines.
