Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Analyst - Shipping professional with experience in logistics, route management, and supplier evaluation for an international company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage distribution logistics and shipping. 2. Plan routes and dispatch operations. 3. Generate transportation KPIs and evaluate suppliers. International Manufacturing and Logistics Company is looking for: Transportation Analyst \- Shipping (Dispatch) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Industrial Engineering required (internship or graduate status accepted) (only candidates with one of the aforementioned degrees will be considered) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 7:00 PM * SAP or TMS experience preferred * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters, charts) * Power BI experience preferred * Knowledge of route planning; familiarity with most of the country's geography (routes), warehouse material flows, distribution logistics, shipping, carrier payments, transportation documents, cost provisioning for transportation services, management of payments to transportation suppliers, generation and tracking of transportation KPIs and delivery performance metrics, and evaluation of transportation suppliers. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within transportation, dispatch, or shipping (administrative \- transportation settlements) Responsibilities: * Issue advance shipping notifications (ASN) and register all freight in SAP. * Prepare transportation documents for customers and ensure correct cost provisioning for transportation services requested by the company. * Manage transportation service payments to customers for each shipment requested by the company. * Generate transportation KPIs and on-time delivery performance metrics. * Conduct monthly and annual evaluations of transportation suppliers and communicate results to the Procurement Department. * Route planning and dispatch.
