Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional with a service-oriented attitude and technical expertise to provide in-person and remote technical support, strengthen operational continuity, and support innovation initiatives. Support for innovation and digital transformation projects At **UNE University**, an educational institution with over 30 years of history, we seek to integrate into our Information Technology team an individual with a service-oriented attitude, technical knowledge, and enthusiasm for user support, to deliver in-person and remote technical support across corporate offices and campuses. This position is critical to strengthening the operational continuity of technological services, resolving incidents, maintaining equipment, and supporting institutional innovation and digital transformation projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Addressing and resolving technical incidents. * Providing in-person and remote technical support to administrative and academic users. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. * Tracking and updating service tickets. * Performing basic configuration of printers, peripherals, and digital tools. * Providing operational support at corporate offices and campuses. * Documenting technical issues and escalating critical incidents. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree, or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Telecommunications, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, user support, or equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. * Familiarity with ticketing tools, Active Directory, basic CCTV systems, or ITIL is desirable. * Availability for occasional travel between campuses. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$13,500 MXN (tax-free)**. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** * Work location: **Plaza del Sol**. * **100% in-person** work. * Immediate hiring.
