We currently serve over 150,000 clients. **Solución Factible is looking for your talent for the position of Java Web Developer.** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field; intern or graduate. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development, including at least 6 months developing in Java. **Required Knowledge:** · Web application design and development. · Development of AJAX, JavaScript, and HTTP web applications. · Experience developing SOAP or REST Web Services. · Proficiency with version control systems. · Intermediate English level: reading and listening comprehension. **Responsibilities:** · Collaborative requirements analysis. · Web application design and development. · Implementation and consumption of SOAP or REST Web Services. · Use of version control systems. · Adherence to software development best practice models. · Collaboration with the team to propose and implement improvements. · Continuous learning to acquire new skills and knowledge. **Employment Offer:** · Hybrid work model (office and remote). · Collaborative work environment using agile frameworks. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 5:30 pm. · Starting salary: $23,500 MXN gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Two paid days off per year for personal errands. · Personalized career plan aligned with your professional goals and interests.
