Implementation and operation of campaigns across various platforms Toka Internacional, a company specializing in electronic payment solutions, is seeking Marketing Analyst Objective: Ensure daily execution and optimization of paid and owned media campaigns to maximize results (leads/sales/ROAS), while maintaining budget control, tracking quality, and experimentation speed. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree Data analysis capability Proficiency in tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) Key Responsibilities • Campaign implementation and operation (Meta/Google/TikTok/LinkedIn, depending on your mix): creation, configuration, tags, audiences, objectives, creatives. • Continuous optimization: bidding, budgets, targeting, placements, structure, exclusions, frequency/fatigue control. • Budget and pacing management: ensure spending aligns with plan and monthly/weekly targets. • Testing and improvement: implement the A/B testing plan proposed by the team lead. • Performance monitoring and alerts: detect CR drops, tracking issues, rejected ads, CPM changes, etc. • Operational reporting: weekly reports with insights and next steps (to support strategic decision-making by the team lead).
