Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to evaluate, optimize, and improve production processes, as well as coordinate safety and hygiene activities and train manufacturing personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production process optimization and improvement 2. Participation in new production projects 3. Training on production processes and machine setup **Company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of specialized packaging** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Evaluate, optimize, configure, and improve production processes. * Conduct time and motion studies, interpret and document data. * Participate in the production process for new projects from sales request through first production run. * Monitor compliance with manufacturing processes for process control. * Develop, update, and implement standard work sheets, flowcharts, cause\-effect diagrams, visual aids, etc. * Coordinate safety and hygiene process operations. * Deliver training on production processes and machine setup to production personnel. * Review processes and validate information in diagrams (physically and in ERP). * Update processes, times, diagrams, and BOM creation in ERP. Requirements: * Minimum age 20 years * Industrial Engineering degree or related field Experience: * Process mapping and documentation (Desirable) * Time and motion studies (Desirable) * Industrial safety and hygiene (Desirable) * Continuous improvement (Desirable) Offer: * Weekly salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * 12% savings fund * Meal vouchers (MXN 1,000 monthly) Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 Address: Laurel 13, Col.
