Collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and technical decision-making We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international project focused on developing modern web applications with a strong backend component and data orientation. This position requires solid backend development experience using **Python as the primary language**, as well as building robust APIs, optimizing queries, and working with data in production environments. The role has a strong backend and AI model integration focus; therefore, we seek candidates with hands-on experience in scalable systems, data processing, and clean architecture. You will be part of a collaborative team building scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with international standards, actively participating in technical decision-making and continuous architectural improvement. We seek professionals with an ownership mindset, performance focus, and experience working in production environments. On-site work in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area.
