(Responsibilities)** * Provide assistance and follow-up on computer equipment incidents through our **social media**. * Diagnose and report technical failures promptly. * Guide users clearly and courteously to resolve their questions. **What work schedule do we offer?** * **Work mode:** Hybrid (combination of remote work and office). * **Working days:** Monday through Sunday, with **one weekday rest day**. * **Rotating shifts** (Availability to rotate among the following schedules is mandatory): * 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM * 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM **What do we offer you? (Benefits and Compensation)** * **Monthly salary:** $12,000 MXN (take-home pay) * **Biweekly payment**, made on time. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Profit-sharing payment (PTU). * In-house medical service. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). **Desirable requirements:** * Prior experience in technical support or digital customer service (social media, chat, tickets). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software. * Excellent spelling and writing skills (critical for social media support). * Immediate availability and ability to commute during assigned shifts.
