**Nubit is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Ciudad Del Sol \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Who are we?** ------------------ Nubit is a growing technology company. We are looking for someone who not only manages servers but also sets them up, configures them, and evolves them alongside our development team. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities** -------------------------- * **Set up and configure cloud servers** for new clients (AWS / Azure) * Manage and execute **deployments in QA, pre\-production, and production environments**, respecting maintenance windows * Create and manage **repositories, access permissions, and accounts on GitHub and JIRA** * Manage **subdomain creation** according to business needs * Apply **periodic server updates** to maintain optimal performance * Actively collaborate with the **Development Team** to implement infrastructure changes * Maintain **network infrastructure**: diagnostics, connectivity, equipment configuration, and security measures (in coordination with the Cybersecurity team) * Address reports related to **access, accounts, and machine errors** * Manage **equipment delivery and collection** for new hires and departing employees * Ensure **continuous availability and performance** of IT systems * Keep the **technical documentation repository** up to date * Track **hardware inventory and software licenses** * Meet **incident response SLAs** * Serve as **backup support for the Cybersecurity team**, when required **What you need to bring** -------------------------- **Education:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field **Minimum experience:** 1–2 years in infrastructure roles with a cloud component **Essential technical knowledge:** * AWS and/or Azure instance provisioning and administration * Linux and Windows Server * Corporate networks: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN, IPSec * Virtualization: VMware or Hyper\-V * Network and server monitoring systems * Microsoft security solutions * Intermediate English (technical reading) **Desirable knowledge:** * Docker and containers * Git / GitHub * PostgreSQL or other database management systems * Oracle Cloud * VCNs **Key competencies:** * Infrastructure problem diagnosis and resolution * Clear and organized technical documentation * Effective communication with development teams * Proactivity and preventive monitoring (CPU, memory, critical parameters) * Organization and collaborative work **What we offer** -------------------- * Join a high\-level technical team at a growing software company * Continuous learning environment * Statutory benefits * On\-site work mode in Guadalajara *If your experience lies in traditional corporate infrastructure (user support, surveillance cameras, printers), this role is likely not the ideal next step.
