Job Opening: Yard Supervisor / Inventory Clerk — This is an in-house position; although payroll is 100% handled by EGOBA, all duties are performed at the FLEXTRONIC NORTE plant in Zapopan, Jalisco. \* This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking growth and job stability, as this operation will expand significantly very soon, opening positions such as Supervisor and Coordinator. \* Key responsibilities include: Supporting and supervising the receipt and dispatch of tractor-trailer units loaded with cargo boxes, verifying cargo validity and inspecting cargo boxes to ensure excellent condition; additionally performing inventory management and storage of yard maneuvering safety equipment. \* Shift rotation is required, as shifts are 8 hours long: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. \* We provide company transportation along various city routes. \* Monthly gross salary is $14,000 MXN, plus a highly attractive overtime compensation scheme, plus benefits exceeding legal requirements; combined with overtime pay, your biweekly income could reach up to $8,000.
