A telecommunications company (fiber optics and structured cabling) is seeking your talent as a Telecommunications Contractor. Education: Degree in Communications Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years, verifiable. Respond to DAS system faults, both on-site and remotely. • Modifications, adjustments, and fault resolution for each system component, including signal combining and filtering stages. • Verification of signal levels from remote radio units using an Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyzer, as well as software for conducting data and call testing walkthroughs for each operator (Altan Redes, Telcel, and AT&T). • Operation of equipment to detect and resolve faults in coaxial cable jumpers, splitters, connectors, and RF signal combining equipment. • Operation of OTDR. • Operation of fusion splicers for fiber optic splicing. • Relocation of antennas when required, including installation of fiber optic cable, optical jumpers, connectors, and splicing. • Operation of Spectrum Analyzers. Excellent service attitude. • Operation of equipment and software for RF Walk Tests. • Installation of conduit (PG and PD pipes, charofill). • Installation of structured cabling, Cat. 5 and Cat. 6. • Excellent service attitude.
