Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Preparer to ensure accurate material supply and compliance with quality standards in the manufacturing of flexible packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Team-oriented and results-driven work environment. ***Preparer (Production Area)*** A flexible packaging (flexographic/offset) company is looking for talent for its operations area. **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate supply of production jobs, prioritizing food safety and compliance with quality standards, following the company's operational guidelines. **Location:** Industrial Los Belenes. **Responsibilities:** \-Prepare jobs according to established standards. \-Inspect and condition tooling. \-Mount engraved cylinders ensuring printing precision. \-Clean and maintain work tools. \-Dismantle and inspect tooling. \-Identify and handle in-process materials. \-Complete operational documentation (forms, work orders, records). \-Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP and GHP). \-Detect and report process anomalies. \-Support continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** \-Education: Completed high school (certificate required). \-Minimum 1 year of experience in operational or similar roles. \-Basic knowledge of industrial safety. \-Good Manufacturing Practices (desirable). \-Basic mathematical operations. \-Availability to rotate shifts. \-Preferred age: 18 to 45 years old. \-Teamwork attitude, responsibility, and results orientation. **Schedule:** \-**12x12** shift schedule (4x3\). \-Work 4 days and rest 3 days. \-Shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. \-Work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off. \-Availability to rotate shifts is mandatory. **We Offer:** \-Approximate weekly salary: $2,573\.62 \-Benefits exceeding legal requirements: * 13% savings fund. * 13% food vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria ($24 per meal). * 100% vacation bonus. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Profit-sharing (PTU). * Life insurance. * Funeral expense assistance. * School supplies support. * Productivity bonus. * Retention bonus.
