Job Summary: Monitoring of units, route tracking, and communication with customers to ensure shipment security and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Unit monitoring and route tracking 2. Security incident reporting and analysis 3. Active communication with customers and operators * Knowledge of Unit Monitoring and Routes **Emergency and contingency protocols** Knowledge of monitoring platforms ACTIVITIES: **Unit monitoring Status reports** Route tracking **Customer communication** * Responsibilities **Unit Monitoring** \- Ensure satellite-based monitoring of units from departure from the yard, throughout transit, and upon return to base. \- Provide shipment status updates to customers. \- Report any security incidents (e.g., unauthorized stops, route deviations, speeding). \- Analyze and update monitoring system alerts. \- Communicate remotely with operators. \- Manage and administer the satellite platform. \- Manage and control fuel usage. \- Handle bills of lading and shipment documentation. \- Administer returns.
