A leading company with over 32 years of experience in self-adhesive label printing, flexographic printing, barcode equipment, product identification software, ribbons, and consumables is seeking: OFFSET PRESS OPERATOR Requirements: Technical high school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience operating offset printing machines. Knowledge of ink handling, color calibration, and quality control. Proactivity, strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts or full-time schedules. Responsibilities: Operating and adjusting offset machinery to ensure final product quality. Verifying work orders, raw materials, and consumables prior to production. Conducting print tests and making adjustments to achieve optimal results. Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment (internal and external). Participating in preventive maintenance tasks. Applying the 5S methodology to maintain an organized workplace. Assisting in training new staff. We Offer: Base salary of MXN 16,000 per month.
