Participate in site visits and audits **Betha Industrial Group** Seeks a Projects Intern We are recruiting a **Projects Intern** at Betha Industrial Group, **exclusively for students from the University Center for Exact Sciences and Engineering** (currently enrolled in final semesters or having already completed the curriculum) to fulfill professional practice requirements. This vacancy is exclusively for the morning shift, preferably from 8 AM to 2 PM. **Majors:** * Industrial Engineering * Civil Engineering **Objectives:** Support planning, monitoring, and documentation of departmental projects, contributing to the achievement of established objectives and acquiring practical experience in project management and information control to improve processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables. * Assist in managing suppliers or external services when required. * Coordinate and monitor requirements for materials, equipment, or services needed for projects. * Prepare reports, presentations, and technical or administrative documentation. • Support review of drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety & Hygiene departments to ensure compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. * Participate in site visits or internal and external audits. * Update databases and control tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.). * Verify compliance with company-established safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices policies. * Attend follow-up meetings and prepare minutes or progress reports. **We Offer** * Monthly financial support of MXN 5,000.00 * Free cafeteria access * Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 2 PM, with possible schedule flexibility **If selected, registration on the CUCEI website under “Professional Practices” is mandatory to proceed with the recruitment process.** **WORK LOCATION: ZAPOPAN, JALISCO,** LOCATED BETWEEN AV.
