Job Summary: Logistics Coordinator responsible for ensuring the execution of shipments, deliveries, and pickups, optimizing operational efficiency and managing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a hybrid and on-site arrangement \*Logistics Coordinator\* Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Workweek: Monday to Friday Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience * Required experience in: Logistics, distribution, supply chain, route planning and control, deliveries, freight transportation, process improvement, cost optimization, and retail companies (preferred). * English B1 * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Administration, or Industrial Engineering * Microsoft Office suite, logistics ERP systems Responsibilities: * Ensure proper execution of shipments, deliveries, and pickups, guaranteeing timely and accurate fulfillment * Ensure operational efficiency through appropriate selection, evaluation, and control of suppliers and logistics costs * Guarantee proper documentation and record management to ensure traceability, compliance, and operational control.
