Implement continuous process improvements **We are looking for a "Logistics Manager"** **Job Objective** Lead the company's logistics strategy, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, distribution, and cost management, while maintaining customer service levels and optimizing resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). * Minimum 5–8 years of logistics experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Experience managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers. * **Desirable proficiency in Oracle NetSuite** **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement logistics and distribution strategies. * Supervise warehouses and maintain optimal inventory levels. * Analyze and monitor logistics KPIs. * Optimize logistics costs and negotiate with carriers. * Implement continuous process improvements. * Supervise work teams. * Present executive reports to senior management. * Participate in demand planning with Production and Sales departments. **Required Knowledge** * Oracle NetSuite (reporting, analysis, inventory planning). * Supply Chain Management. * Strategic planning and budgeting. * Inventory management and control. * Logistics and financial performance indicators. * Transportation regulations and industrial safety standards. * Advanced Excel and data analysis.
