5\. At service completion, ensure all supporting documentation is available for billing purposes.
6\. Ensure orders are correctly entered into the SAP system prior to service initiation.
7\. Prepare reports requested by the immediate supervisor for performance measurement.
8\. Accept orders and assign vehicles via customer platforms.
9\. Maintain a record of container locations and charge fees after 3 days.
**10\. Monitor active WhatsApp communications as indicated in deliverables to perform night watch duty from 02:00 AM to 08:00 AM.**
**Requirements:**
· Required experience in a similar role (Junior Account Executive/Customer Service).
· **AVAILABILITY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS: Monday to Friday from 01:00 AM to 08:00 AM / Saturdays from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM / Day off on Sunday.**
· **Ability to commute to the plant (own transportation).**
· Completed professional degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics or related field)
· **Knowledge of land logistics, SAP HANDLING.**
· Customer service processes.
· Experience working in logistics/automotive service companies.
· Compliance with instructions and regulations.
· Proactive and dynamic attitude.
· **Easy access to the plant (Parque Industrial Aeropuerto).**
